We Are Here: Lowering Barriers with Mobile Health

In this 35-minute film, an innovative and dedicated team of health care professionals, doctors- and nurses-in-training, and community organizers all join forces to bring crucial health care services to underserved communities throughout Minnesota. Our documentary crew follows staff and volunteers with the Mobile Health Initiative at the University of Minnesota as they provide primary care, dental care, vision care and vaccinations to both rural and urban communities, bridging gaps in access and trust by leveraging the relationships and deep community ties created by local partner organizations.
