How has your experience as an IPE intern influenced your current role?

“I enjoy public health programming, and it's something I knew I wanted to do as part of my professional career after my MPH. Through the internship experience, I was able to apply public health programming and evaluation and experience of working adjacent to health education, substance use, and recovery, which I believe helped me get my post-grad job as a health promotion coordinator, working specifically in substance use prevention.” - Lily Yang, interned for the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs 2024-2025
