Project ECHO is an evidence-based digital tool for synchronous virtual "hub and spoke" connections. The 'hub' team is composed of specialists with expertise in a particular area and 'spoke' sites are composed of community providers, educators, or related stakeholders. The specialists and providers engage in an exchange of brief didactics and case-based learning on a theme often related to extending access to specialty care.

Session 3: Funding, Launching, and Sustaining your ECHO will provide an advanced overview describing potential funding pathways for Project ECHOs at the University of Minnesota, critical team roles, resources within the U to support ECHOs, and how to play the long game and build with sustainability in mind.
