Strategic Priorities

OACA's activities are centered on our platform of service and seeding new collaborations. We approach our work with greater accountability for the outcomes to which we aspire.

OACA's specific priorities include:

• Developing and training the health care workforce of tomorrow, one that is sustainable and resilient
• Driving cross-disciplinary, statewide collaborations to tackle today’s complex issues
• Expanding our interprofessional work in our partner health systems
• Working to partner statewide on health care access and care challenges
• Reducing the impact and incidence of cancer on Minnesotans and our families

We align our work with the University Systemwide Strategic Plan, which helps guide our activities and budgeting.
