In partnership with the Power of People Leadership Institute, South Side Back in the Day will be a fun filled day with entertainment and community health outreach. The event will be all day into the evening with health services available throughout the afternoon.
Health services include:
- COVID vaccine & variant education
- diabetes education & screening
- blood pressure checks
COVID vaccinations will be provided by our community partners. Proposed services may be modified as we continue to plan events.
