Innovation Conference Brings Together Nurses from Across the State

Presented by the Nursing Collaboratory, a partnership between the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, Fairview and M Health, the fourth annual Planting Seeds of Innovation Conference brought together nurses from across the state to discuss how nurses can think creatively, identify a target market, develop a value proposition, and test and evaluate an idea.

“We are barriers to our own profession and that leads me to believe that we need to develop leaders different and prepare our frontline managers differently to be prepared for change,” said Dan Weberg, PhD, RN, who was the keynote speaker.
